Meet Jessica.

I am a certified professional coach, trained conventionally as well as with a focus on ADHD, executive functioning and anxiety. I became a coach because of personal experiences which allowed me to understand and adapt to children who develop and thrive in different ways. I appreciate how hard and daunting it is to learn how to best help.

My initial learning curve for children who think differently was steep as I heard and learned words like OT, ADHD, a 504 plan and sensory differences. This was a space I didn't know existed and one that truly changed my understanding and perspective on children’s needs, as well as the unfortunate misunderstanding from so many outsiders.

I have years of first-hand experience in children’s needs, how these needs can differ from child to child and what we can do to help.

Parenting is hard. Having support and resources helps.

Jessica is so warm, understanding and supportive, meeting with her helped reassure me and build confidence in the things that were going well, and helped identify a path forward together on the areas where I wanted help. Looking back now a year later I can definitely identify that meeting with her was a pivotal point in my family’s happiness and success.
