Our Goals
Reducing Arguing, Stress, and Defiance
Learn how to break cycles of conflict with ADHD and executive function challenges. Understand why your child acts the way they do—and how to respond calmly and effectively, even when you’re feeling frustrated.
Boosting Self-Motivation and Confidence
Explore strategies for encouraging your child’s natural motivation to succeed—whether academically, socially, or emotionally—and help them develop the confidence they need to thrive.
Supporting Executive Function Skills
Executive function challenges often impact children’s ability to plan, organize, and follow through. I’ll show you how to help your child build these crucial skills in ways that are practical, compassionate, and long-lasting.
Building Resilience and Flexibility
Life is full of setbacks, and children who are resilient bounce back stronger. You’ll learn how to teach your child coping mechanisms that will not only help them face adversity, but also manage stress and bounce back when things don’t go as planned.
Improving Communication and Creating Shared Solutions
You’ll leave with clear tools for opening lines of communication with your child. This will not only improve your relationship, but also help you create shared solutions to problems—without the power struggles.
Helping Your Child Reach Their Full Potential
Together, we’ll dive into how you can support your child’s success in the classroom, at home, and in social settings. By focusing on skill-building rather than just behavior, you’ll help your child develop the tools they need to reach their full potential.
Actionable tools and strategies to create systemic change
Systemic change doesn’t happen overnight, however, you’ll learn a construct to make it happen. This includes numerous insights into your child’s way of thinking and then practical ways to connect, support and allow for and create real change.
Take-Home Materials
To ensure parents feel equipped beyond the workshop, they will receive comprehensive take-home materials they can use forever. These resources include workshop presentations, practical guides, worksheets and executive function strategies. Again, these are tailored to support continued development at home and evolve with a child’s growth.

WHAT IF I MISS A WORKSHOP?
If you miss a workshop, you will be given a recording of the missed session. In addition, I will make myself available for follow up questions on the content of the missed class.
HOW IS THE COST DETERMINED?
The fee is constructed based on small group sessions.
I don’t believe in exceeding 6 people maximum per class. I hope to create a safe and nurturing environment where parents can ask questions and share (if they wish).
Clients receive a superbill for workshops / sessions. I encourage you to inquire about insurance benefits and / or FSA eligibility.
If cost is an issue, in any way, please let me know as I offer a sliding scale. My purpose is to help parents and kids and I would never want someone to not participate due to financial constraints.
